Seaside Hospitality
I came across a poem from Wendell Berry that captured my imagination, and I was so happy to try create this moment at Loch Bay on the Isle of Skye, Scotland:
Between the sky and sea
A lamplit table spread
Old hospitality
Of cheese and wine and bread.
The sea’s undying sound
Demarked a land unknown
To us, who therein found
Welcome, our travel done.
